During the construction process, we incorporate SCRUMMING to best serve our clients and our staff.
In other words, we will create the master schedule, break it up into 2 week sprints, plan these sprints in a sprint planning meeting, meet every day in the morning for 15 minutes andask 3 questions:
1. What did we accomplish yesterday?
2. What are our goals today?
3. What is keeping us from meeting these goals, and doing the work.
At the end of the two week sprint, we will celebrate accomplishments, look at what needs attention and what worked well, so we can repeat those things that help meet our goals.
